PTA is committed to making a difference in the education, health and wellness of every student here at Imperial. We fund many different programs and activities for all students, but we can't fund these programs and activities without your support. Our fall fundraiser is called the S.O.S. Campaign. Our goal is to raise $25,000 so that PTA can buy another cart of chrome books, continue to fund P.E., Art Masters, assemblies and more. 100% of the funds raised go directly to paying for these programs and activities.

 

The suggested donation is once again $100.00 per student. PTA is pleased to offer two options for your child to raise the funds requested. You can do one or the other or a combination of both!

 

Make a flat donation of $100.00. Please make checks payable to Imperial PTA. You can also make your donation online with a credit card in the store on the website.

 

Sell gift wrap and other items. Our profit is 50%. So in order to make the suggested donation of $100.00, we ask your child to sell $200.00 in product. The students will learn more about the gift wrap fundraiser in a special assembly on Thursday, August 31.

 

IMPORTANT DATES:

- The gift wrap fundraiser will run for September 1 to 17. All orders need to be turned in to the office or your child's teacher by Monday, September 18.

- Flat donations are due by Monday, September 18 to receive bonus prizes! (see below).

- Flat donations with no bonus prizes are due by Friday, September 29.

 

BONUS PRIZES!!!

If money donations are turned in during the Gift Wrap Sale (from September 2 to 17), your child will qualify for prizes! Each $12.00 donation will be equivalent of 1 item ordered. To receive prizes, you MUST fill out the order form and use code #900 as the product number and submit forms with donations by Monday, September 18.

 

Thank you so much for supporting Imperial. We know $100.00 per student may be a hardship for some families, so please give what you can. Every dollar raised makes a difference.
